Smart Elevator
For example: when the customer's elevator has an API when the service robot wants to use the elevator to go up to the 4th floor, it can connect to the elevator's API through the internet and issue a command such as I’m temi robot. I’m requesting access to 4th floor. The API will then communicate with the elevator, enabling it to pick up the service robot on the 1st floor and transport it to the desired floor automatically.
The elevator without API system
Suppose the customer's elevator does not have an API system. In that case, our team will install a Gateway device that will be the medium to communicate between the elevator and the Salvator Tech Cloud, which will allow the robot to ride the elevator perfectly by itself.
